This Privacy Policy Statement governs your use of TAB's AI-powered chatbot (“Chatbot”), explains what information we collect through the Chatbot, and details how we use, transfer, and store your information. It also informs you of the circumstances under which we may disclose your information and your choices regarding its use. Please read this Privacy Policy Statement carefully before using the Chatbot.

Collection and Use of Information

"Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) refers to any data that can directly or indirectly identify you, including but not limited to your name, location, contact details, and unique identifiers. The Chatbot does not actively collect PII unless you voluntarily provide it during your interaction.   • Enforcement and Dispute Resolution: To enforce our Terms of Use, respond to claims of third-party rights violations, address fraud, security, or technical issues, or resolve disputes.

We will not provide your personal data to third parties for direct marketing or other unrelated purposes without your consent.

When using the Chatbot, you may interact through third-party platforms or channels (e.g., web interfaces), which may collect and share certain information with us as governed by their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these policies for details about their data practices.

Our website may contain links to external websites. Once you leave our site, we cannot control or be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide on such third-party sites. TAB does not sponsor, endorse, or have affiliations with these external websites or their services.

If your data is shared with third-party platforms or organizations to deliver the Chatbot services, we will comply with applicable data protection regulations but are not responsible for their handling of your data beyond the scope of our agreement with them.

Access, Correction, and Erasure of Personal Data

Under applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) in Hong Kong, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data held by TAB. Requests must be submitted through the same channel and account you used to interact with the Chatbot to verify your identity.
